Monthly Subscriptions (1 Month or shorter than 1 month subscriptions):
Refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions (or any subscription shorter than 1 month) due to the immediate access granted to the service and token allocation. However, if you encounter a significant technical issue preventing you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase, and we will review your case individually. Refunds, if granted, will be at our discretion.
Extended Subscriptions - Longer than 1 month (3-month and 12-month and others):
For 3-month and 12-month subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription term. For example, if you cancel a 12-month subscription after 2 months, you will receive a refund for the remaining 10 months. Please note that any tokens already used will be deducted from the refund amount based on the cost per token (1 token).
Free Plan:
The free plan is offered without charge, and therefore, no refunds are applicable.
Token/Credit Purchases:
Due to the nature of token bundles, refunds are not offered once the tokens have been added to your account. However, if you encounter a significant technical issue preventing you from using the purchased tokens, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will review your case individually. Refunds, if granted, will be at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
